We're not your average gym, this is not your average workout!

Since being founded in 2014 we quickly become one of Perth's largest and leading crossfit facilities. Though we may have expanded drastically from our humble beginnings our commitment of offering the highest quality coaching to our members has never faltered. We have designed a beautiful motivating non-intimidating facility suited for the beginner but also accommodate the very advanced. Our facility is equipped with 24hr member access (coming soon in 2018), Rowerfit rowing studio, yoga room, men's and women's change rooms, kids zone and much more... We have a 300sqm facility equipped with latest and coolest rogue equipment for you to play with. 

So what does that really mean? It means that at crossfit osborne park you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, bumper plates, tractor tires, climbing ropes, push sleds, jump boxes, and a wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is mean't to be moved. It means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities especially mobility.

With our constantly varied programming you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will NEVER have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are rarely longer than 40 minutes they can fit into even the busiest schedules.

In specific sports like rugby, AFL, golf and netball, you either have the skill to play the game or you don't … It's different with us. There's always something you can't do, but you can easily learn how to do it. Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognised fitness domains cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality and mobility.
