Raymond sleeman

Ray has been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor since June 2008. For the past 8 years Ray has been the club manager and head of training at central park fitness studio. 

In October 2015 Ray did his first ever CrossFit competition; The festivus games and was instantly hooked. Since then he has had a keen interest and passion for both coaching and competing in CrossFit.

Jess started training 17 years ago with her main focus being weight training, triathlon training, boxing and muay thai. I found Crossfit and have not looked back since. Jess is also a qualified Nutritionist and currently studying a bachelor of health science (naturopathy and nutritional medicine). She is extremely passionate about health and fitness and helping people achieve their goals. She is also currently training hard to make the Crossfit Regionals in which I think she may do it.

Lisa has always been involved in sport and fitness and studied a sport and exercise science degree in the UK. When working in UK she worked for the English Institute of Sport as the strength and conditioning coach for national tennis players.
