FREE WEEK PASS
Our 7 day free pass allows anyone with any fitness level access to any of our scheduled workouts. We run classes at all different times making sure we have a time and day that suits everyone. Because we know you'd love it, as an added bonus for trying crossfit with us we will happily give you 50% off your very first month if you decided you'd like to stay and kick some butt. The only catch is you'll need to join us before the end of the free trial.
What To Bring
Just wear normal gym gear attire, bring some water and a sweat towel. If it is your very first time with us please come along 10-15 minutes before class time so you can meet your coach, get the wavier filled in and get organised. Late attendees may not be accepted into class.
