12 Week Beginners Course

It can be daunting starting a new exercise and health program...Especially one with the reputation crossfit has. The good news is that we've developed a non-intimidating, educational, technique-first crossfit lifestyle beginners course for people just like you. We are Perth's experts in helping people go from unhealthy couch potato to healthy athlete. You'll get started under head coach Jamie Flynn whom with 18 years coaching experience will help you develop all aspects needed to participate in the beginners crossfit course safely.

You'll Receive:

  •  The choice of either our 2 x per week or 3 x per week membership which includes any scheduled crossfit, beginners crossfit, yoga, and olympic lifting classes.
  • Help with the basics first - in a super fun, motivational gym.

"After my first session I went home and cried to my husband; they weren't tears of joy but of huge regret as to why I never tried this before ... I was so ashamed that I could not do as much as I thought .. please know the first day will always haunt me - the 400m warm up run was painful, I could not complete it. The 11 frog squats with a 200m run for time was painful and I got only 4 rounds and I couldn't sit on the toilet for days. It won't haunt me for any bad or those ugly 'days after' reasons but only haunt me in a sense to never give up, to always push myself and be the best that I can. I know I will only get from what I put in, and I feel that the rewards have so far been worth every bit ... I'm a far cry from where I want to be but this 12 week program with all the continuous support from Jamie and coaching staff plus the members is truly amazing.
