We are CrossFit; it's constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All our workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

OUR FACILITY

We have designed a beautiful motivating non-intimidating facility. Our facility is also equipped with men’s and women’s change rooms, a shower and a designated rower and yoga studio. We have a funky reception area with coffee machine and all the latest fitness magazines for you to read and relax with.
